Please note: shipping times are estimated and provided by our delivery partners. While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the final delivery lies with the courier. If you experience delays, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website and applied automatically where applicable.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, delivery windows are approximate and depend on suppliers delivering stock to us on time. In rare cases, supplier delays may result in late or partial deliveries. If this happens, your order may leave our warehouse later than expected. Should you encounter delays, please contact us and our team will update you and help resolve the issue.

International & European Orders

We deliver worldwide. International express shipping typically takes 5–14 business days from dispatch but may take longer due to local customs processes, courier delays, or global supply chain challenges. The exact time frame will be displayed at checkout.

As a UK-based company, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no hidden duties or taxes on delivery. If you are incorrectly charged fees before receiving your order, please contact us and we’ll ensure these are covered for you.

For remote or distant locations, please allow until the final days of your delivery window before reaching out about delays, as transit times may vary.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty goods returned within 30 days (UK only): Petite Staples will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For change of mind returns and exchanges within 14 days (unused products only): customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We currently only accept returns from UK customers within 14 days of delivery.

  • For international orders, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs, or import charges.
