Petite Staples Returns & Refunds Policy
At Petite Staples, we want you to love your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy is
designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free, while maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our Brand.
1. Change of Mind Returns (Ready-to-Wear Items)
- You can return item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in their original condition with tags attached.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount unless stated otherwise.
Process:
1. Contact us or send an email to returns@petitestaples.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
3. We will provide return instructions and/or a returns label if applicable.
4. Send the item back securely in its original packaging.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Please note - we may deduct from the refund or refuse it if the item has been worn, washed, or otherwise diminished in value beyond normal try-on.
2. Faulty or damaged items
- If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, repair,
or replacement.
- You can request a refund up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund.
- After 30 days, we can offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund.
Please note - faults caused by general wear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults and will not qualify.
Process:
1. Contact us or email returns@petitestaples.com as soon as you notice the issue.
2. Provide photos of the fault for inspection, your order number, and item name.
3. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.
4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the faulty item, using the original
payment method.
3. Exchanges
- We offer size or style exchanges if stock permits and we are only able to offer exchanges within the UK.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please note - shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as returns.

2. We will provide instructions and/or a returns label if applicable.
3. Send the item back securely in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the requested item within 14 days.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.
Any such items received that do not qualify for a return or exchange will be returned to the customer or responsibly disposed of, at our discretion.
