How do I know my size?
Visit our sizing page for our fit principles and the two lengths we offer. Each product page also includes a size chart and fit notes.
Where does Petite Staples ship from?
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days to ensure timely delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we offer worldwide shipping. International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees depending on local regulations.
Who is responsible for customs and import fees?
Petite Staples is not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other costs imposed by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to your local government.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes or cancel. Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in their original condition with tags attached. Items not in saleable condition (e.g. marked with makeup) will be refused a refund. Return costs are covered by the customer.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes - we're happy to exchange for a different size or style if stock is available, subject to our exchange policy. We're unable to offer international exchanges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
