1. How do I know my size?

2. Where does Petite Staples ship from?
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on local regulations.
4. Who is responsible for customs and import fees?
Petite Staples is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other costs imposed by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to your local government.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
-UK orders: typically arrive within 3–4 business days.
-International orders: may take 7–14 business days.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items that are not in saleable condition (e.g., marked with makeup) will be refused a refund.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles if stock is available, subject to our exchange policy.
Please note, we are unable to offer international exchanges.
9. My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email our customer service team at returns@petitestaples.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
